Students will be able to prepare for a listing appointment, design a detailed consumer “leave behind”, and carefully present their role, duties, marketing abilities and complete a seller net sheet. They will also be able to explain the listing contract, all pertinent paperwork as well as the Tennessee Agency and Property Disclosure requirements. This will ensure that Sellers are properly informed of their duties and obligations under the Tennessee Real Estate rules and guidelines.
