Students will be able to prepare for a buyer appointment, design a detailed consumer “hand out” and carefully present their role, duties, capabilities and complete a buyer estimated cost sheet. They will also be able to explain the buyer representative agreement all pertinent paperwork related to making an offer as well as the Tennessee Agency and the contract to close requirements and process. This will ensure that Buyers are properly informed of their rights and obligations under and are able to make informed decisions when purchasing residential property.
