Ron uses clear graphic renditions of various structural scenarios and discusses how they may impact buyers/sellers and ultimate decisions regarding a property.

This course will enlighten attendees as to the importance of securing professional structural inspections when warranted and will help clarify many of the myriad structural issues one may encounter during the course of an inspection. The course is divided into four sections: foundations floors, walls/ceilings, and roofs.
