Instructor: Scott Abernathy 3 Hrs CE Sponsored by: Old Republic Home Warranty Most Realtors have had some training on the Federal Fair Housing Act, but many do not understand the differences between Fair Housing in sales and property management. We will study the history and purpose of Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act and analyze why it is important. Further, will we discuss proper advertising methods, and analyze proper ways to screen applicants, apply tenant policies and communications with the public.
