Richard “Reason” Garrett is the Principal Broker and Owner of Concord Realty, a full-service real estate brokerage serving Tennessee and Kentucky. He brings extensive experience in residential sales, new construction, investment real estate, property management, development, and commercial real estate.

A U.S. Marine Corps veteran and graduate of Austin Peay State University with a Bachelor of Science in Public Management, Richard combines real estate expertise with a strong background in leadership and public service. He previously served on the Clarksville City Council, including service as Mayor Pro Tem, and remains actively involved in the Clarksville-Montgomery County community.

As an investor and real estate professional, Richard has experience with traditional residential transactions, investment acquisitions, rental properties, short- and mid-term rentals, new construction, property rehabilitation, and real estate development. Through Concord Realty, he also oversees property management operations serving property owners and investors throughout the region.

Richard's approach is centered on practical market knowledge, strong negotiation, clear communication, and helping clients make informed real estate decisions—whether buying a first home, selling a property, building new construction, or expanding an investment portfolio.
