As the owner and Principal Broker of Advantage Realtors, licensed in both Kentucky and Tennessee, Karen has helped countless individuals and families find the perfect home in the ideal location. Her dedication and expertise have consistently placed her among the top agents in her office. She holds prestigious designations, including ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), SFR (Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource), and E-Agent, and she is a proud graduate of the intensive nine-week “Bold by Design” course. Recognized by her peers, she was also honored with the Enthusiastic Agent award.

Before entering the real estate industry, Karen successfully ran a graphics business for 18 years, specializing in logo design, printed materials, website design and national magazine ads for both individuals and corporate clients. This marketing background gives her sellers a distinct advantage when showcasing their homes to potential buyers.

Karen is deeply involved in her community. Currently she is 1^st Vice President of Newcomers and Neighbors of Hopkinsville. She has served as a board member for Habitat for Humanity and is an active member of First Baptist Church, where she contributes to the Grounds & Building Team and the Visionary Team. Additionally, she is a board member of the Christian County PVA Office Board of Appeals.

Married for 40 years, Karen and her husband Tony share a passion for classic cars. They love taking their 1969 -1972 Corvettes on scenic sunset drives and weekend road trips including driving Route 66 to Santa Monica, California.
