DESCRIPTION:This 2-day course will be held on September 30th and October 1st at the Montgomery County Civic Hall in Veterans Plaza. Class begins at 9am and concludes around 3:30pm. You will have the opportunity to hear both Mayors speak\, representatives from Regional Planning\, Buildings and Codes\, Montgomery County officials\, CMCSS representatives\, and much more! There will be no Tennessee Real Estate Commission continuing education given for this course\, but the wealth of knowledge you will gain to better educate and inform your clients will be priceless. We will require all attendees to complete a short exam after the course and pass with an 80% or higher in order to receive their official CLE pin and certificate. Please note: There is a registration fee of $100 to participate in the CAR CLE course. The fee must be paid in full prior to completing the application. Should the applicant not be accepted into the class\, the fee will be refunded. The registration fee is non-refundable for all other members.
