THDA recognizes the importance of promoting professionalism and quality assurance in homebuyer education and counseling. Agencies in THDA’s Housing Education & Counseling Network (HE&C Network) are dedicated to providing affordable, high-quality, effective homeownership education and counseling services to Tennessee consumers, and are committed to the following: Adhering to the Housing Education & Counseling Network (HE&C Network) Program Agreement, standards and policies that are based on national best practices but reflect Tennessee’s homebuyer education and counseling environment Adhering to standards in the Homebuyer Education and Counseling Program and Standards Guide Reporting programming outcomes to THDA Participating in periodic program reviews Collaborating with network partners to promote and advance the professionalism of the Network and the homeownership education and counseling industry Instructor: Kelly Dobbs 3 Hours CE credit
