We are excited to announce that Handbags for Hope will be donating $176,181 to the Spreading Our Support Foundation at Clarksville Association of REALTORS®!

Join Tennessee REALTORS® Diversity Inclusion Committee for an open donation at Region 4 REALTORS® Conference! The DI Committee will be collecting cleaning supplies and bathroom supplies to be donated to Family Promise in partnership with Unite Way. Family Promise is a non-profit organization whose mission is to offer help, hope, and hospitality to homeless families with children in the Savannah Area. 

If you would like to donate, please drop supplies of at CAR by October 13th and we will deliver!

Holding a Raffle

Q: Can I hold a raffle at my open house? If so, what rules do I need to follow?

A:  The Secretary of State’s website defines raffle as:

A raffle is a game of chance in which a participant is required to purchase a ticket for a chance to win a prize, with the winner to be determined by random drawing.

And only the following entities may hold a raffle:

Only a qualified 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(19) organization that has submitted an application to the Division of Charitable Solicitations and Gaming and that has been approved by the Tennessee General Assembly can hold a raffle.
