2024 Membership Dues were issued TODAY, August 7th in your Member Portal.
Members who pay before 4:30pm on October 2nd, 2023 will receive a $25 discount on the local portion ($236) of the dues. Once the Early Bird period expires, members have until 4:30pm on December 31st, 2023 to pay in full.

Land Property Disclosure
Q: Is there a Land/Lot Property Disclosure?
A: No, That form was deleted years ago because disclosure reports are not required by law for vacant land. There is no replacement form, however, the forms committee did add all items listed on the disclosure under section 8, “Buyer’s additional due diligence options” in the RF404.
