In November 2020, NAR launched Fairhaven, a new fair housing simulation training for REALTORS® that uses the power of storytelling to help members identify, prevent, and address discriminatory practices in real estate. 

This innovative training platform is available to all 1.4 million NAR members at no additional cost. Be an advocate for fair housing and the future of our industry. Commit to combating discrimination in real estate.

Agents Transferring Firms

Q: I have an agent that is transferring to another firm.  Once we submit the TREC 1, what happens to the listings this agent has with my firm?

A:  The firm owns those listings, so all listings stay with the firm unless you release them to the new firm. If you keep the listings, you will need to assign them to a new designated agent via an amendment.
