SENTRILOCK CARD DEPRECATION |
|
This message serves as a reminder that effective January 1, 2022, agents will no longer have the ability to use the SentriCard for lockbox access. However, those who own a lockbox will be able to use the card, if necessary, for certain basic ownership functions until 1/1/24. This functions include: Taking or transferring ownership, releasing the shackle, assigning the lockbox to a listing, and borrowing the lockbox from a broker. The SentriCard will be fully disable on January 1, 2024.

A.R.E.A.- Where Leadership Has No Bounds |

The Academy of Real Estate Advancement (A.R.E.A.) is now accepting applications for the 2022 class.
A.R.E.A is a leadership program to identify emerging REALTOR® leaders. A.R.E.A. will empower the individuals in the program to maximize their leadership potential.Participation is open to all active Tennessee REALTORS® in good standing with the Association and with the Tennessee Real Estate Commission (TREC).

Seller's Right To Terminate A Contract Q: I have a property listed that went into a multiple offer situation. Seller chose a Conventional loan buyer over and FHA buyer. Now that we are under contract, the conventional loan buyer has had to switch to an FHA loan. Does the seller have any right to terminate the contract due to the switch even though it may not cost them any more money?
