YPN NEEDS YOUR MAGAZINES! 📚
|
CAR's YPN is hosting a Vision Board party in January. This fun and motivating event will be a great kickoff to the year!
For a successful Vision Board party, we need magazines. Lots and lots of magazines! The next time you're cleaning off a bookshelf or a pile of unread magazines, please consider throwing them into your car and bringing them up here to the CAR office.
If you get a little crazy and host a collection at your office, we will be happy to come and pick them up from you!
What is a Vision Board?

Required Recorded Records
Q: Do I need to have a stamped copy of the recorded deed in my file before I close it out?
A: According to TREC, maintained records must contain, at a minimum, the following: listings; offers (even those that do not become contracts); contracts; closing statements; agreements; agency disclosure documents; property disclosure forms; correspondence; notes; and any other relevant information. I do not believe a copy of the recorded deed is necessary.
